Spearmint oil has a sweet minty aroma, traditionally referred to as the “gentler mint oil”, its scent is softer and effects milder than that of Peppermint oil.  It can be used to reduce nasal congestion, and promote easier breathing.  When used topically with a carrier oil it leaves the skin feeling cool and refreshed.  1/2OZ
